Abstract

This work is the outcome of an exhaustive Descriptive Research Design. It was carried out in order to know the risk that has the greatest negative effect in the process of exporting “Cajeta,” which is a elaborated by small factories located in the city of Celaya, Guanajuato. The main purpose is to help this group of producers to reduce their exposure to the risk in this commercial adventure. Therefore, the investigations centers on the analysis of all possible types of risks to which a company becomes liable when exporting. The Credit Risk is found to be the risk with the greatest negative impact in this export process.

El presente trabajo es el resultado de una intensa investigación, con diseño descriptivo, encaminada a conocer el riesgo que tiene mayor impacto negativo en el proceso de exportación de la Cajeta; elaborada por pequeñas fábricas ubicadas en la ciudad de Celaya, Guanajuato. El principal propósito es, ayudar a este grupo de productores celayenses a disminuir su exposición al riesgo, al llevar a cabo esta aventura comercial. Por lo anterior, la investigación se enfoca en el análisis de todos los tipos de riesgo en que una empresa incurre al exportar; concluyendo que el Riesgo Financiero de Crédito, es el que tiene mayor impacto negativo en dicho proceso.
