In the second chapter of the work defines and relates finiteness properties of groups: FP n, FP, and its free versions, FH n, FH, F n and F, these last four being of one cut more topological than algebraic. In the last section of this chapter a theorem is given which gives sufficient conditions on uplinks and descendants of the vertices of a related cellular complex in which a group acts G (complex satisfying hypotheses additional to those of its cellular structure), so that a subgroup of G is of type FH n, FH or finitely presented, according to whether the condition imposed on the links. The aim of the third chapter is to prove three of the six implications of Bestvina-Brady's theorem. To achieve this objective, the basic properties of CAT (0) spaces. These types of spaces appear natural way to study the spherical bonds in a cellular Euclidean complex to pieces (CCEP). Section two of this chapter studies the core of an epimorphism between a ? / 2-group of Artin G L and Z. This group G L is associated with a cellular complex L which has the property of being completely determined by its 1-skeleton. To L we associate a CCEP in whose universal cover the epimorphism interacts with a Morse function in a misleading way; so we can use the results of the previous chapter to derive the result we are looking for. The last section of the chapter studies the concept of "leaves" that will be used in the fourth chapter. The penultimate chapter explores the homological and homotopic properties of the Leafs; in addition, as a result of the homological study, two more the implications of the main theorem. The homotopic study gives the latter implication.

Feynman grams (eg not to be regularized; a single integral represents all permutations of diagrams). After the brief introduction on the development of amplitudes of the photons begins the work of the thesis, where some of the amplitudes are calculated already known and also explore some new aspects of these. In the second chapter an introduction to the world line formalism will be given and it will be shown how amplitudes are calculated by making use of it. In the third chapter the result will be used of the previous chapter to calculate known amplitudes of 4 photons on-shell without mass, and also this amplitude will be calculated by taking arbitrary polarizations. The fourth chapter deals with the amplitude of 4 photons on-shell, but in the massive case. In one part integration is carried out numerical, where the program MATHEMATICA 7.01 is used; The other part calculates the subdominates terms of the expansion for large mass, which were not known, taking different polarizations; At the end of this chapter a comparison is made between these two results (large and numerical mass expansion). The fifth chapter is recalculated the large-mass expansion of the amplitude of 4 photons, but with all these off-shell and will look as the calibration invariance manifests itself, this is also a new result for this unknown amplitude.

In this paper we perform a review of criteria to determine the existence or not existence of periodic orbits, in the plane to include several illustrative examples that help to clarify the problematic around the periodical orbits. There are some criteria that do not allow to identify regions where there are no periodic orbits in a system defined in the plane, a long of the following chapters we will cover each one of them in more detail, we will show a list of these criteria then theorem of Massa that allow us to know if there are periodic orbits in a system of equations x ? = A (t) x + b (t) where A (t) is a matrix that depends on the meter t and b (t) a function from the knowledge of bounded solutions for the system for the particular case of the Liénard equation x ? + f (x) x ? + g (x) = 0, we have some conditions are sufficient to ensure the existence of a periodic orbit. The Poincare e-Bendixson theorem does not provide conditions for the existence of periodic orbits in a region and plane. The theory of indices, at what point in the analysis of the index of a closed curve ?, see (Chapter 2), we can affirm the absence of periodic orbits from the Nature of break-even points. A special criterion that is being studied throughout this work is the criterion from Bendixson-Dulac, we will state this criterion as being from our main interest and be our primary objective to construct methods that allow us to find functions that satisfy this criterion.

To comply with the provisions established by the Human Rights international law, as well as with the resolutions that have been issued by supranational organizations, have become a critical point that deserves reflection. To sign and ratify an international treaty and the recognition of the competence of international instances are not enough to carry out a full protection of the individual rights, in spite of their significant importance. In the case of the Mexican State, we consider that a decisive aspect that influences the above problems is the nineteenth-century idea of constitutional supremacy, idea that the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice has adopted, making it suitable to study and analyze the nature of the Constitution and its link to Human Rights international law.

An irregular operation is in the management of municipal public accounts of the state of Michoacán. An excessive amount allocated to wages and personal services, directly affects the human rights of contributors to the good destination of public spending, because it violates principles and constitutional and legal precepts. The constitutional reform on human rights of June 2011 in México, opens the door for us to explicitly mention human rights of the taxpayer, it includes a necessary relationship with the tax collector. The description of the problem leads us to consider two things: first the importance of a problem that at first glance it is not; and second, the legal situation in which the taxpayer is, in relation to the guarantees it has for the respect of their rights by the city council.
