La pena de muerte y el derecho humano a la protección de la vida en México

Abstract

The death penalty and human rights today find more than ever their correlation and unity, since if the need is to save the life of man, Human Rights are called to protect it, especially if we remember that next to physical death, There is another that gravitates over man, this will be the moral penalty that can be given through injustice in its various manifestations of oppression, deprivation of legitimate, ideological, political and religious freedom, as historically has occurred in the different latitudes of the earth. Thus, this work includes the various manifestations that human rights have in the life of man.

Pena de Muerte y Derechos Humanos, encuentran hoy más que nunca su correlación y unidad, puesto que si la necesidad es salvar la vida del hombre, los Derechos Humanos están llamados a protegerla, máxime si recordamos que al lado de la muerte física, hay otra que gravita sobre el hombre, esta será la pena moral que se puede dar mediante la injusticia en sus diversas manifestaciones de opresión, de privación de la libertad legítima, ideológica, política y religiosa, como históricamente se ha dado en las distintas latitudes de la tierra. Así, se inscriben en este trabajo las distintas manifestaciones que los Derechos Humanos tienen en la vida del hombre.
