Patrones de distribución de Lamiaceae en el Estado de Michoacán

Abstract

The present work shows the diversity and distribution of the Lamiaceae family in the state of Michoacán with ecological data collected from the review of copies of herbal, EBUM, IEB, and ENCB MEXU, 117 species were recorded in 9 genera of the family, being Salvia the most abundant genus with 78 species, followed by Hyptis and Stachys with 11 species each; 12 genera introduced, Prunella, Leonotis, Cunila, Prunella, Agastache, Hedeoma, Ocimum and Thymus also recorded three genres from Marrubium, Mentha and Rosmarinus.

El presente trabajo muestra la diversidad y distribución de la familia Lamiaceae en el estado de Michoacán con datos ecológicos recabados de la revisión de ejemplares de los herbarios, EBUM, IEB, MEXU y ENCB, se registraron 117 especies en 9 géneros de la familia, siendo Salvia el género más abundante con 78 especies, seguido por Hyptis y Stachys con 11 especies cada uno; también se registraron 12 géneros introducidos, Prunella, Leonotis, Cunila, Prunella, Agastache, Hedeoma, Ocimum y Thymus con tres géneros cultivados Marrubium, Mentha y Rosmarinus.
