Análisis del capital social en los productores muebleros de Nahuatzen, Michoacán y su importancia en el desarrollo local

Abstract

The general target of which it broke was: to know the dynamics of the share capital in the producing furniture sellers of the community of Nahuatzen and its importance in the local development, the specific was to study the role of the familiar relations, the traditions and its importance in the activity mueblera. The hypotheses of those who broke were: a). -in the Nahuatzen community and especially in the industry mueblera the relations of kinship and the traditions are fundamental to understand the productive organization and the share capital between the furniture sellers of the community indigenous to Nahuatzen, b). -the activity mueblera of the Nahuatzen community is characterized for being familiar workshops and the productive relations limit themselves to companies with some familiar tie (consanguineous, godfathers), c). -lth bonds and familiar relations, developer of the industry has not transformed in managerial groupings, like a share capital mueblera.

El objetivo general del cual se partió fue: conocer la dinámica del capital social en los productores muebleros de la comunidad de Nahuatzen y su importancia en el desarrollo local, el especifico fue estudiar el papel de las relaciones familiares, las tradiciones y su importancia en la actividad mueblera. Las hipótesis de las que se partieron fueron: a).- en la comunidad de Nahuatzen y en especial en la industria mueblera las relaciones de parentesco y las tradiciones son fundamentales para entender la organización productiva y el capital social entre los muebleros de la comunidad indígena de Nahuatzen, b).- la actividad mueblera de la comunidad de Nahuatzen se caracteriza por ser talleres familiares y las relaciones productivas se limitan a empresas con algún vínculo familiar (consanguíneo, compadres), c).-Los lazos y relaciones familiares, no se ha transformado en agrupamientos empresariales, como un capital social desarrollador de la industria mueblera.
