El problema de Minkowski

Abstract

This paper is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter, we developed the generalized solution of Minkowski's problem, in where we make use of various results of the theory of convex bodies [10]. Main Results of the chapter can be found in [9], [2]. In the second chapter, we present the regular solution to Minkowski's problem, we present the solution obtained by Cheng-Yau [3], where Of the EDP elliptic theory [7], [4]. In the third chapter, the problem of Minkowski in the space of Lorentz-Minkowski. We show the analogy with Euclidean space and state the work done until now for its solution.

El presente trabajo se encuentra dividido en tres capítulos. En el primer capítulo, desarrollamos la solución generalizada del problema de Minkowski, en donde se hace uso de diversos resultados de la teoría de los cuerpos convexos [10]. Los principales resultados del capítulo pueden ser consultados en [9], [2]. En el segundo capítulo, presentamos la solución regular del problema de Minkowski, más precisamente, presentamos la solución obtenida por Cheng-Yau [3], en donde se hace uso de resultados de la teoría de EDP elípticas [7], [4]. En el tercer capítulo, se expone brevemente el problema de Minkowski en el espacio de Lorentz- Minkowski. Mostramos la analogía con el espacio euclidiano y enunciamos los trabajos realizados hasta ahora para su solución.
