Aplicación de benchmarking como estrategia operativa en el C.E.B. Dr. Ignacio Chávez de Queréndaro, Michoacán

Abstract

Currently the businesses have to compete not only with businesses of the same region, but a competence is presented each greater time with other businesses of other places and countries, the previous thing due to the globalization that itself have been presenting. It is for the previous thing that the businesses should seek forms or formulae that direct them toward a productivity and greater quality to be able to be competitive. one of these tools or formulae is the benchmarking, the evolution of the same one that has carried it to be become a tool so used and valuable for the improvement of the businesses that it utilize. They exist a great number of authors that there are writing upon the theme, for which the number of definitions upon the theme very be changed also, likewise various is the type of methods to do benchmarking, since depending on the author or of the business where this process has been practiced are the steps and phases of the study. In this job we will present different types of processes used and we will elect the one that better be accommodated to the case of study.En la actualidad las empresas tienen que competir no sólo con empresas de la misma región, sino que se presenta una competencia cada vez mayor con otras empresas de otros lugares y países, lo anterior debido a la globalización que se ha estado presentando. Es por lo anterior que las empresas deben buscar formas o fórmulas que las dirijan hacia una productividad y calidad mayor para poder ser competitivos. Una de estas herramientas o fórmulas es el Benchmarking; la evolución del mismo que lo ha llevado a convertirse en una herramienta tan usada y valiosa para la mejora de las empresas que la utilizan. Existen un gran número de autores que han escrito sobre el tema, por lo que el número de definiciones sobre el tema es muy variado también, igualmente variado es el tipo de métodos para hacer benchmarking, ya que dependiendo del autor o de la empresa donde se haya practicado este proceso son los pasos y fases del estudio.
