Estudio comparativo de tres técnicas de obturación: condensación lateral, guttaflow y McSpadden, para evaluar el nivel de filtración ápico-coronal por medio de corte longitudinal

Abstract

Presently you study three obscuration techniques were compared: Lateral condensation, GuttaFlow and McSpadden, to evaluate the filtration level and this way to be able to determine which offers a better one of them sealed, since no technique guarantees 100 staunchness%. 45 pieces permanent extracted unirradiculares were used, those which, previous disinfection, was carried out coronary access with strawberry of carbide ball #6, 701L and EndoZ. Later on the access radicular with the openers of Liberator 1, 2 and 3. The conductometría was with the first file that it adjusted in foramen apical subtracting 0.5 mm to that longitude for later to be orchestrated with Liberator to a design 60 irrigating with hypochlorite. The samples were divided in three groups in an aleatory way for their later obscuration with the Lateral technical Condensation, GuttaFlow and McSpadden. Once plugged they were sealed with Provist and recovered with varnish of fingernails except the 3 mm apicales for later to be submerged in blue of metileno by 24 hours.

En el presente se estudió se compararon tres técnicas de obturación: Condensación Lateral, GuttaFlow y McSpadden, para evaluar el nivel de filtración y así poder determinar cuál de ellas ofrece un mejor sellado, ya que ninguna técnica garantiza un 100% de hermeticidad. Se utilizaron 45 piezas unirradiculares permanentes extraídas, las cuales, previa desinfección, se les realizó acceso coronario con fresa de carburo bola #6, 701L y EndoZ. Posteriormente el acceso radicular con los abridores de Liberator 1, 2 y 3. La conductometría fue con la primera lima que ajustó en foramen apical restando 0.5 mm a esa longitud para después ser instrumentados con Liberator a un diseño 60 irrigando con hipoclorito. Se dividieron las muestras en tres grupos de manera aleatoria para su posterior obturación con las técnicas Condensación Lateral, GuttaFlow y McSpadden. Una vez obturadas fueron selladas con Provist y recubiertas con barniz de uñas excepto los 3 mm apicales para después ser sumergidas en azul de metileno por 24 horas.
