Abstract

In order to study the proposed topic, we must first address the origin of crimes, their location in the theoretical framework, as well as their hierarchy and type, their legal basis and scope of application. The theme “ARQUIREST SA DE CV IN THE CITY OF MORELIA MICHAOCÁN. STUDY OF FISCAL CRIMES” although I intend to delimit the magnitude and importance of the problem to this company, with spatial delimitation in the city of Morelia, temporal to the date of presentation of this investigation, circumstantial: to the problem of ignorance or disinterest in Arquirest; the scope of the document can be of value to all types of taxpayers and even between governments and anyone who requires information on the subject. Regarding the vulnerability factor of the problem; the problem can be complied with or resolved at a high level since they may have notions of the subject that can dissuade intentions to commit a tax crime or, on the contrary, have knowledge of the subject so as not to fall into omissions. The feasibility of the solution: the availability of resources, in this case documents, and their organization, I believe, are sufficient to reduce the seriousness of the problem that affects everyone equally, since the collection of taxes is and should be the main income of the State to meet the needs of society.

Para poder estudiar el tema propuesto, tenemos que abordar primero el origen de los delitos, su ubicación en el marco teórico, así como su jerarquía y tipo, su fundamento legal y ámbito de aplicación. El tema “ARQUIREST SA DE CV EN LA CIUDAD DE MORELIA MICHAOCÁN. ESTUDIO DE LOS DELITOS FISCALES” aunque pretendo delimitar la magnitud y trascendencia del problema a esta empresa, con delimitación espacial en la ciudad de Morelia, temporal a la fecha de presentación de esta investigación, circunstancial: al problema del desconocimiento o desinterés en Arquirest; el alcance del documento puede ser de valor para todo tipo de contribuyente e incluso entre gubernamentales y todo aquel que requiere información del tema. En cuanto al factor de vulnerabilidad del problema; el problema puede ser acatado o resuelto en un alto nivel ya que puede tener nociones del tema puede disuadir intenciones de cometer un delito fiscal o, al contrario, tener conocimiento del tema para no caer en omisiones. La factibilidad de la solución: la disponibilidad de recursos, en este caso documental y la organización de los mismos considero que son suficientes para disminuir la gravedad del problema que afecta a todos por igual, ya que la recaudación de los impuestos es y debe ser el principal ingreso del Estado para satisfacer las necesidades de la sociedad.
