Propuesta de un manual de organización para la Universidad Intercultural Indígena de Michoacán

Abstract

The objective of this work is to propose an organization manual for the Intercultural Indigenous University of Michoacán (UIIM) that allows it to carry out activities efficiently, and so the directors of each area have knowledge of the activities to be carried out. To prepare the organization manual, the case analysis method was used, following the methodology and content appropriate to the manual that was prepared. The organization manual contains the main activities that must be carried out in each direction, coordination and department of each of the areas of the University, indicating their main responsibilities that they are in charge of, in accordance with the current organization chart of the UIIM.

El objetivo del presente trabajo es proponer un manual de organización para la Universidad Intercultural Indígena de Michoacán (UIIM) que le permita realizar las actividades de manera eficiente, y así los directivos de cada área tengan el conocimiento de las actividades a realizar. Para elaborar el manual de organización se utilizó el método de análisis de casos, siguiendo la metodología y el contenido adecuado al manual que se elaboró. El manual de organización contiene las principales actividades que se deben de realizar en cada dirección, coordinación y departamento de cada una de las áreas de la Universidad, señalando sus principales responsabilidades que tienen a su cargo, de acuerdo con el organigrama vigente de la UIIM.
