Intereses locales y límites territoriales. Los problemas jurisdiccionales entre Michoacán y Guerrero 1849-1906

Abstract

The administrative spaces don't leave of readecuarse in the course of the time, that process implies joints where, with base to jurisdictional doubts, the propensity is given to changes in the territorial limits under an atmosphere of political tención whose main characters are not few times, neighbors and authorities of two federative entities. An example inserts in the distant past Guerrero and Michoacán they represented it during second half of the XIX century and first years of the XX one. That impermanence is the one that is approached in this history work, but wise that is to say that the topic gives to revise until the last years of the XXI current century. The present thesis went halfway its writing when in February of the 2010, the press of Chilpancingo and Morelia they ventilated several official statements that apparently, they threatened to end in a jurisdictional dispute. That month the Unitary Agrarian Tribunal in Acapulco solved that the possession of the Island of the Palm corresponded to ejidatarios of Santiago Zacatula (municipality of The Union). Immediately he/she spread that The Palm was integrated to territory guerrerense.

Los espacios administrativos no dejan de readecuarse en el transcurso del tiempo, ese proceso implica coyunturas donde, con base a dudas jurisdiccionales, se da la propensión a cambios en los límites territoriales bajo un ambiente de tención política cuyos protagonistas son no pocas veces, vecinos y autoridades de dos entidades federativas. Un ejemplo inserto en el pasado lejano lo representaron Guerrero y Michoacán durante segunda mitad del siglo XIX y primeros años del XX. Esa temporalidad es la que se aborda en este trabajo de historia, pero prudente es decir que el tema da para revisar hasta los últimos años del actual siglo XXI. La presente tesis iba a la mitad de su redacción cuando en febrero del 2010, la prensa de Chilpancingo y Morelia ventilaron varios comunicados que al parecer, amenazaban desembocar en una disputa jurisdiccional. Ese mes el Tribunal Unitario Agrario en Acapulco resolvió que la posesión de la Isla de la Palma correspondía a ejidatarios de Santiago Zacatula (municipio de La Unión). Inmediatamente se difundió que La Palma quedaba integrada a territorio guerrerense.
