La participación de la delegación mexicana en la Cuarta Conferencia Internacional Americana de 1910

Abstract

This research work is the result of an arduous process in which the participation of the Mexican delegation in the Fourth International Conference of Buenos Aires, Argentina in the year of 1910 was sought in a timely manner. El presente trabajo de investigación, es el fruto de un arduo proceso en el cual se buscó de manera oportuna conocer la participación de la delegación mexicana en la Cuarta Conferencia Internacional de Buenos Aires, Argentina en el año de 1910. La investigación aquí presentada es una partea guas en la diplomacia mexicana, y su participación en dicho conclave continental. La investigación se divide en tres capítulos, el primero de ellos se mostrará el complicado contexto que atravesó el continente americano en vísperas de la Cuarta Conferencia, es decir los conflictos en Centroamérica, en un segundo apartado las relaciones México- Estados Unidos en las postrimerías del porfiriato. En el segundo capítulo, se mostrarán las dinámicas llevadas a cabo por todas y cada una de las delegaciones participantes, al momento de elegir a la ciudad de Buenos Aires, como sede de la Cuarta Conferencia Panamericana. Además de la conformación de la agenda panamericana. Finalmente, en el tercer y último capítulo, dividido este en tres apartados podremos encontrar los primeros acercamientos entre México y Argentina, como segundo apartado los perfiles biográficos de los delegados enviados y finalmente las discusiones e intervenciones de la delegación mexicana en las reuniones de la Cuarta Conferencia Panamericana.
