La (in)eficacia del juicio político en México

Abstract

The present investigation has as objective to determine if the Congress of the Union acts with adherence to the law and efficiency in the processes of political judgment that it knows. For this, we will analyze in detail the procedure of responsibility and the legal nature of the same as well as the study of certain cases, these aspects will help to respond with precision the objective set that is the creation of a transparent consultation system that accounts for the stages of the procedure so that all citizens can access and be informed about the possible responsibility and prosecution of our public servants and be able to guarantee the impartiality of the resolutions.

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar si el Congreso de la Unión actúa con apego a la ley y eficacia en los procesos de juicio político que conoce. Para ello, analizaremos a detalle el procedimiento de responsabilidad y la naturaleza jurídica del mismo así como el estudio de ciertos casos, estos aspectos ayudarán a responder con precisión el objetivo trazado que es la creación de un sistema de consulta transparente que dé cuenta de las etapas del procedimiento de manera que todos los ciudadanos puedan acceder y estar informados sobre la posible responsabilidad y enjuiciamiento de nuestros servidores públicos y poder garantizar la imparcialidad de las resoluciones.
