El esterotipo de la femme fatale: estudio del personaje femenino Rubí de Yolanda Vargas Dulché

Abstract

The present investigation deals with documentation on the comic strip in Mexico, its evolution and development; we also approach the comic as a genre independent of other creations with which it shares similar traits. It is worth mentioning that we especially tried to focus on the production stage of the author Yolanda Vargas Dulché and the influence she had on the reading formation of our country and on the consecration of popular culture characters. In the comic analyzed we observe the influence of patriarchal rationality on the female body of the Rubí character, with the intention of visualizing their actions and personality in relation to the stereotype of femme fatale, a category that we develop under different perspectives and currents: literary and pictorial.

La presente investigación aborda documentación sobre la historieta en México, su evolución y desarrollo; también abordamos la historieta como un género independiente de otras creaciones con las que comparte rasgos afines. Cabe mencionar que tratamos especialmente de centrarnos en la etapa de producción de la autora Yolanda Vargas Dulché y la influencia que tuvo en la formación lectora de nuestro país y en la consagración de personajes de la cultura popular. En la historieta analizada observamos la influencia de la racionalidad patriarcal sobre el cuerpo femenino del personaje Rubí, lo anterior con la intención de visualizar sus acciones y personalidad en relación al estereotipo de femme fatale, categoría que desarrollamos bajo distintas perspectivas y corrientes: literarias y pictóricas.
