Sustentabilidad, vivienda y desarrollo urbano

Abstract

This thesis deals with the government policies of the last federal administrations, the respective housing policy during these periods and an analysis of the consequences, which in summary have led cities to a dispersion that does not allow the sustainability of the living place. In the second chapter the different housing agencies in the country and how they influence the production of social interest housing and sustainability qualities are analyzed. Finally, chapter three addresses the issue of national and international certification bodies, the different theoretical and methodological contributions, how they have promoted sustainable housing in the country. Finally, the hypothesis of the importance of the location in the housing of sustainable social interest is accepted and a proposal of how to generate sustainability indicators in the housing is made.

La presente tesis versa en relación a las políticas de gobierno de las últimas administraciones federales, la respectiva política de vivienda durante dichos periodos y un análisis de las consecuencias, que en resumen han llevado a las ciudades a una dispersión que no permite la sustentabilidad de la vivienda. En el segundo capítulo se analizan los diferentes organismos de vivienda en el país y cómo influyen en la producción de la vivienda de interés social y en las cualidades de sustentabilidad. Finalmente, el capítulo tres aborda el tema de los organismos certificadores nacionales e internacionales, las distintas aportaciones teóricas y metodológicas, cómo éstas han impulsado la vivienda sustentable en el país. Finalmente, se acepta la hipótesis de la importancia del emplazamiento en la vivienda de interés social sustentable y se hace una propuesta de cómo generar indicadores de sustentabilidad en la vivienda.
