El poder legislativo federal y la educación en México

Abstract

This research deals with the historical background of the People's Representative and the rights and duties of the deputy within the powers outlined in the Constitution of the United Mexican States in their various articles on the legislature, in order to analyze the importance of these representatives for strengthening education in a society. Similarly the form of government with which Mexico has been discussed, highlighting the representation and democracy for the benefit of the people, that from these two basic elements, creating favorable conditions requiring greater resources approved in the honorable Congress of the Union for effective implementation in the field of education, as above, will impact on the human, social and economic development of our country.

Esta investigación aborda los antecedentes históricos del Representante Popular así como los derechos y obligaciones del Diputado dentro de las facultades señaladas en la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos en sus distintos artículos referentes al poder legislativo, con la finalidad de analizar la importancia que tienen dichos representantes para el fortalecimiento educativo en una sociedad. De igual forma se analiza la forma de gobierno con la que cuenta el estado mexicano, resaltando la representatividad y la democracia en beneficio del pueblo, para que a partir de estos dos elementos fundamentales, crear condiciones favorables en la exigencia de mayores recursos aprobados en el Honorable Congreso de la Unión para la efectiva aplicación en el rubro de la Educación, pues lo anterior, impactará en el desarrollo humano, social y económico de nuestro país.
