Evaluación in vitro de la microfiltración apical utilizando dos materiales de retro-obturación: MTA y amalgama, en 44 raíces de un solo conducto de dientes humanos extraídos

Abstract

In this study the micro-filtration apical was compared in Vitro of 44 roots of teeth previous and later of a single conduit, divided aleatorily in 4 groups. To each one of the samples they were eliminated the crown and the conduits were orchestrated with the system ProTaper and files flexofile to a diameter apical ISO #40. Later to the preparation biomechanics, the conduits were plugged with technique of lateral condensation and gutta-percha in cold. For the placement of the material of retro-obturation (Groups 1, 2 and 4) he/she was carried out a cut from the apex to 3 mm with a disk of double diamond cuts for piece of low speed, being carried out one cavity 3 mm deep at level of the cut apical with a ball strawberry of carbide.

En este estudio se comparó la micro-filtración apical in Vitro de 44 raíces de dientes anteriores y posteriores de un solo conducto, divididas aleatoriamente en 4 grupos. A cada una de las muestras se les eliminó la corona y los conductos fueron instrumentados con el sistema ProTaper y limas flexofile a un diámetro apical ISO #40. Posterior a la preparación biomecánica, los conductos fueron obturados con técnica de condensación lateral y gutapercha en frío. Para la colocación del material de retro-obturación (Grupos 1, 2 y 4) se realizó un corte del ápice a 3 mm con un disco de diamante de doble corte para pieza de baja velocidad, realizándose una cavidad de 3 mm de profundidad a nivel del corte apical con una fresa de bola de carburo.
