El ejército republicano del centro en la guerra de la intervención Francesa, 1862-1867

Abstract

My curiosity for the topic of Guerra of the French Intervention began from my childhood. December 5 took me to the center of Acuitzio to listen in the civic acts the speeches of the speakers that commemorated the exchange of prisoners. Benito Juárez names, Maximiliano of Habsburgo, Vicente Riva Palacio, Achilles Bazaine, Nicolás of Régules, Van der Smissen and José María Arteaga listened to them year after year, what provoked the increase of my interest for this historical topic. Even, when it was already in the master program, option History of Mexico in the Institute of Historical Investigations of the University Michoacana of San Nicolás of Hidalgo, I had the opportunity to attend the act of the 2009, in the one which, the rector nicolaita Silvia Figueroa Zamudio, emitted the official message in which emphasized the transcendency of the participation of the Mexican Army to defend the sovereignty of the country.

Mi curiosidad por el tema de la Guerra de la Intervención Francesa empezó desde mi niñez. Cada 5 de diciembre me llevaron al centro de Acuitzio para escuchar en los actos cívicos los discursos de los oradores que conmemoraban el canje de prisioneros. Los nombres de Benito Juárez, Maximiliano de Habsburgo, Vicente Riva Palacio, Aquiles Bazaine, Nicolás de Régules, Van der Smissen y José María Arteaga los escuché año tras año, lo que provocó el aumento de mi interés por este tema histórico. Incluso, cuando ya me encontraba en el programa de maestría, opción Historia de México en el Instituto de Investigaciones Históricas de la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, tuve la oportunidad de asistir al acto del 2009, en el cual, la rectora nicolaita Silvia Figueroa Zamudio, emitió el mensaje oficial en el que recalcó la trascendencia de la participación del Ejército Mexicano para defender la soberanía del país.
