Medición in vitro de la fuerza de fricción en duplas arco-bracket con angulación

Abstract

In orthodontics they are used technical that look for a maximum control on the movement of the teeth. One of the multiple factors to consider in the selection of the material, is to opt one that generates frictional smaller force. (23). the reduction of the friction is one of the goals for the new bracket generation. The frictional force of 3 types of bracket of commercial different marks was investigated being one of autoligado (Smart Clip) and the other ones with eslastomero, in this case Tip Edge in which was placed bonds (Super Slick Stix) while in the standard bracket conventional bonds were used. The carried out study compares the frictional resistance generated by 3 types of metallic bracket of commercial different marks incorporating him/her an angulation (You ping) of 10°.and respecting the preset prescription being this section a preponderant one for the realization of the study.En ortodoncia se utilizan técnicas que buscan un máximo control sobre el movimiento de los dientes. Uno de los múltiples factores a considerar en la selección del material, es optar uno que genere menor fuerza friccional. (23). La reducción de la fricción es una de las metas para la nueva generación de bracket. Se investigó la fuerza friccional de 3 tipos de bracket de diferentes marcas comerciales siendo uno de autoligado (Smart Clip) y los otros con eslastomero, en este caso Tip Edge en el que se colocó ligaduras (Super Slick Stix) mientras que en los bracket estándar se emplearon ligaduras convencionales. El estudio realizado compara la resistencia friccional generada por 3 tipos de bracket metálicos de diferentes marcas comerciales incorporándole una angulación (Ti ping) de 10° y respetando la prescripción preestablecida siendo este apartado un preponderante para la realización del estudio.
