La transferencia en la psicosis: su escucha en el discurso de sujetos internos en hospital psiquiátrico

Abstract

The present thesis has a background the work of professional practices, carried out in the psychiatric hospital; during which, listening to internal subjects was the beginning of the desire to know more about how transference operates in psychosis, if there is one, and how we can observe it. Thus, trough this document, it is intended to show some authors who speak about it, about the transference un psychosis, and also, it can be observed in a more specific way, throughout three encounters with internal subjects of said hospital: the encounters with these subjects are narrated, briefly, to later give way to the theory and explain in the way, how I was able to see those transference sketches, which were named as transference shoots.

La presente tesis, tiene como antecedente el trabajo de prácticas profesionales, realizadas en el hospital psiquiátrico; durante las cuales, la escucha de los sujetos internos fue el inicio del deseo de saber más acerca de cómo opera la transferencia en la psicosis, si es que la hay y cómo podemos observarla. Es así que, a través de la presente, se pretende mostrar algunos autores que hablan de ello, de la transferencia en la psicosis, y además, se pueda observar de forma más puntual, a lo largo de tres encuentros con sujetos internos de dicho hospital; se narran los encuentros con dichos sujetos, de manera breve, para después, dar paso a la teoría y explicar de esa manera, el cómo pude ver esos bocetos de transferencia, a los que se nombraron como brotes transferenciales.
