La moral como construcción social de la realidad utilizada como medio de control a través del Código Penal de Michoacán

Abstract

In the present research work we start from three assumptions carried out through a descriptive-analytical investigation. Three chapters describe the relationship that morality has with religion and with social control; the way in which reality is formed through social constructs that are posited in our minds so that they appear to be absolute truths and, how through Law, placing it as an instrument of control and domination of the masses, rectifies and establishes the dominant morality, but with moral-religious bases, to create criminal offenses with which people who have a different morality from the dominant one are segregated and discriminated against and thus dominate the population of Michoacan is achieved by a small group that will tell us how to behave and how think.

En el presente trabajo de investigación partimos de tres presupuestos llevados a cabo a través de una investigación descriptiva-analítica. Se describen en tres capítulos la relación que tiene la moral con la religión y con el control social; la forma en que la realidad se forma a través de constructos sociales que son positivados en nuestras mentes para que parezcan verdades absolutas y, cómo mediante el Derecho, ubicándolo como instrumento de control y dominación de masas, rectifica y asienta la moral dominante, pero con bases morales-religiosas, para crear tipos penales con los cuales se segrega y discrimina a las personas que tengan una moral distinta a la dominante y así se logre el dominio de la población michoacana por parte de un pequeño grupo que nos dirá cómo comportarnos y cómo pensar.
