Abstract

A primary objective of the treatment endodontic is the one of removing the content of the conduit radicular and its disinfection, this with the purpose of eliminating potentially of the space pulpar any source irritating to the fabrics periapicales. Achieving this objective, the obscuration of the conduit provides a three-dimensional filler so that the tooth passes to a state the most inert thing possible and impeding the microorganisms that have been in the conduit so proliferates, and therefore happen the reinfection of the tooth and failure of the treatment endodontic. A lot it has been written about the importance of the obturation of the conduit and their quality.Un objetivo primario del tratamiento endodóntico es el de remover el contenido del conducto radicular y su desinfección, esto con el fin de eliminar del espacio pulpar cualquier fuente potencialmente irritante a los tejidos periapicales. Alcanzando este objetivo, la obturación del conducto proporciona un relleno tridimensional para que el diente pase a un estado lo más inerte posible e impidiendo así que los microorganismos que hayan quedado en el conducto proliferen, y por tanto ocurra la reinfección del diente y fracaso del tratamiento endodóntico. Mucho se ha escrito acerca de la importancia de la obturación del conducto y su calidad.
