Item type:Item, Evaluación del crecimiento de juveniles de pez blanco (Menidia estor) alimentados con dietas a base de proteína hidrolizada de bagre armado (Pterygoplichthys disjunctivus)(Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, 2010-04) Avalos Sánchez, Ana Mauricia; Toledo Cuevas, Elva Mayra; Martínez Palacios, Carlos AntonioThe white fish Menidia estor (Jordan 1879) of the Lake of Pátzcuaro, Michoacán, is a native and endemic species of the Mexican highland, belonging to the family Atherinopsidae. For their economic, cultural and nutritional value it is the species of more importance in the region that has been the base of the subsistence of the town Purépecha for many years. Due to the intense exploitation and deterioration of its habitat is considered like a threatened species (Marez and Morales 2003), reason for which becomes necessary the implementation of their cultivation. During the last ten years they have been carried out investigation efforts (Martínez-Palacios et to the one. 2002, 2008) dedicated to achieve it successfully, obtaining important advances.Item type:Item, Probabilidad de adopción de tecnologías apropiadas para los ganaderos de la región de Tierra Caliente, Michoacán(Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, 2011-08) Rojas Sandoval, Luis Alejandro; Gutiérrez Vázquez, ErnestinaThe objective was to identify the perception generated by the producers to determine the probabilities of technology adoptions in the production systems of bovines in the region of Tierra Caliente. The work was realized with 26 productive unites (PU) with fast participative diagnostics, determinate by 22 variables of the different system components: rancher, agricultural, social, technological, entrances and logout. Technicians were qualified to apply questionnaires, to visit farms and to observed interest data. The courses and workshops given were about the Elaboration and use of the multinutritional blocks of molasses with urea and forage conservation in silage. All cases were followed up after the training and the project was focused at 2 technologies. At the end of the course was applied a questionnaire of technology perception: Multinutritional blocks of molasses with urea and forage conservation in silage, subjecting the producers to a situation alleged that requires to implement technology to choose, and they were questioned about the identification of any critical point of the mentioned technology. The statistical analysis was realized with averages, standard deviation, frequency analysis, correlation of variables by the test of Chi-square with contingency boards with double entry with a level significance of P=0.05 and probability compared analysis, was designed an equation to determine the index of probability of adoption for each case. The results determines that the multinutritional blocks of molasses with urea and silage were unlikely (10%) in the PU. Both technologies were 100% pertinent for PU and the attitude that the producers show for both were positive (100%) to consider that are good ideas.Item type:Item, Diversidad genética poblacional de Quercus crassipes y Quercus obtusata y su relación con la variación de caracteres funcionales en comunidades con distinta diversidad de encinos(Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, 2016-08) García Jain, Silvia Ecaterina; Cuevas Reyes, PabloThe genus Quercus (Fagaceae) includes about 500 species distributed mainly in the Northern Hemisphere. Mexico is the largest center of wealth and diversification of oaks in the Americas with about 161 species, of which 109 are endemic. In particular, the state of Michoacán has about 30 species of oaks. Interspecific gene flow between two or more species of oak trees is a widely documented phenomenon which in turn promotes speciation processes. There is exchange of genes between species of oak trees when natural populations of the same section of the genus Quercus are sympatric and phenology overlaps in the same area, favoring hybridization. Functional traits of plants are morphological, physiological and phenological characteristics that represent ecological strategies and determine how plants respond to environmental factors. The effects of hybridization on phenotypic traits of ecological significance have been little studied and even less under natural conditions. Therefore, the objective of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the diversity of oak species with levels of genetic variation and functional traits of Q. crassipes and Q. obtusata. Five populations were chosen for study species found in communities with different variety of oaks in Michoacán. Population was examined by variation of functional traits such as diameter at breast height, chlorophyll content, leaf dry weight, leaf thickness, leaf area, specific leaf area, leaf stomatal density and density. Guadalupe; Acevedo Valerio, Víctor AntonioIn this research it is approached as a central theme the development of public policies from the local as an alternative for community development. This issue was considered by the interest and determination to meet the relevance and the mechanisms to achieve laudable. The methodology is focused on documentary and field research, with the object of study Huecorio community, municipality of Patzcuaro, Michoacan, by reviewing various texts and scientific articles, to give scientific support to the theoretical positions taken; He was subsequently use the sampling technique for implementing a situational analysis and swot analysis to determine areas of opportunity; eventually they were used for community participatory intervention in order to identify urgent needs for finding their own solutions, concluding with the development of a Community Development Plan methodologies. The structure of this paper is divided into five chapters; in the first the different approaches to the conceptualization, types and subjects involved in public policy are discussed; in the second, the analysis of approaches to social problems and making decisions for community development; in the third, it is addressed in analyzing the situation assessment carried out Huecorio community; in the room you can see the result of Community assistance for identifying perceived needs; and finally, in the fifth, the proposed Community Development Plan that was gestated from within the community itself arises.Item type:Item, Herbivoría, establecimiento de plántulas y relaciones filogenéticas de grupos focales en comunidades experimentales formadas en arenales de origen volcánico(Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, 2010-04) Nava Sosa, Irma Jannetth; Lara Cabrera, Sabina Irene; Lindig Cisneros, Roberto AntonioThe vegetable little covering of the sandbanks has been associated with different factors, one of them the herbivoría, because the herbivores have a great influence in the alteration of the structure and composition in the communities of plants and it can favor the increment or dominance of certain species. The present work one carries out to quantify the effect of the herbivore small mammals in the plántulas establishment in the sandbanks of volcanic origin, besides showing if phylogenetic proximity exists among the vegetable species that are able to be developed in the sandbank.
